We all love pancakes and nothing should stop us from eating them once in a while. But for us girls they can be more trouble than enjoyment.
Here is some tips on how to make them more healthy and enjoyable:
Use vegetable oil or low fat spread to make your tasty pancakes. Use semi-skimmed milk instead of the full fat one. Don’t add to much salt and use wholemeal flour.
Instead of the traditional fillers try: Fat-free yogurt with bananas, apple, pineapple or kiwi. You can even have apples and cinnamon. Yummie!
